The overall objective of the workshop is to provide fundamental knowledge on DRR, the guiding frameworks, its instruments, the tools available, and the role of different actors in achieving urban resilience. The RIA project aims to enhance the knowledge of local governments on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and risk-informed urban development.
